Olhos de Agua is on the coast in the centre of the Algarve, 30 minutes drive to the west of Faro airport. Originally a fishing village, now a popular holiday destination, owing to its attractive sandy beach, good restaurants and cafés. The fishing fleet is still active and made up of a few attractive traditional style small fishing boats which are dragged up the beach by their owners at the end of the day.
Olhos de Agua has a quiet ambience all of its own very different from the noise and crowds of Vilamoura and Albufeira which are both about 15 minutes drive away.
This 5th floor flat was bought by the present owner 10 years ago and chosen because of its close proximity to the beach (10 minutes walk) and spacious accommodation. The building was built about twenty years ago and is an attractive modern style of Portuguese architecture. A major programme of refurbishment to the structure of the building will begin this spring, the present owner’s share of which will has been paid already.
The reason for the sale is because the owner has decide to move inland to a house with sufficient land to grow vegetables etc.

Twice in the last three years it has been used for conferences having seating room for up to 30 people, it is regularly used as a classroom.
